About Imelda Dulcich

About Imelda Dulcich.

A hostess of life, I treasure personal encounters in the course of my day.

I believe that to be interesting; you have to be interested.

I read everything I can, a trait I got from my father, who was always wealthy in books. Stories are everywhere.  I read an average of five books a week.

I believe kindness is the best gift you can give. Spend, spend, and God will send - the more you give, the more you get.  Quiet, unheralded acts of charity are the best.

I'm from a family of ten. My parents are Irish, and I moved with them and two sisters to America when I was a young child. The other five siblings were born in the United States.  We all have European saint names - actually everyone but me. Imelda is only a Blessed, not a Saint. Something my family believed was fitting, especially in my teen years.

I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in political science. Worked in the field of public relations my entire career beginning in Portland, Oregon. I lived in Atlanta for nearly ten years and now reside in beautiful Newcastle, Washington, just a bridge away from Seattle. We have two amazing adult children and one most-of-the-time amazing Corgi.

I am a lucky mom and a charmed wife. Marry for kindness.

I treat my clients as I do my life, with gratitude and joy. And I seek to bring as much good as I can to their efforts.

'The world is so full of a number of things,
I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings."
-Robert Louis Stevenson.
